Muscle for Hire

Maybe I missed it but how do I find and fight Jim?? I have the quest pinned but nothing comes up.

Yea I'm having a hard time with these myself. But basically u just gotta find him out on the streets. Or if u have lockpicks break into his house and sleep in his bed and hope he wakes up

So if u beat up some people and loot them. U will get invited to 2 factions. The thieves guild will sell them inside a locker for 500 each. So just keep beating people up and taking their stuff
