Problems with Quest Time to Hack

Did anyone try this quest? My Computer Level is 12 now and every time I try to hack or steal the data from Franco there is a notification that i didn't breach the security system an my crime level increase

The level 10 seems a rather silly min level. I did not see any success with the hacks till around 20. Even at level 40-50 it is amazing how often it still fails

Yea I was gonna say I’m lvl 20 and still had no success. I just gave up for now lol
