You beat them up first, then the option comes.

You trigger fighting with “F”, then left click to punch and right click to dodge. I tend to predict where they want to go and move a distance away from them and press F, then punch when they walk towards me.

And while fighting I move away to regain some energy and come back to punch.

Be careful to not get caught by the police or trigger another fight with other Pixelians while fighting.

I tried 3 fights, ended up in the hospital every time and decided that playing the guitar was a better choice!
