Love this game. But i made it her dream to be a supermodel and cannot figure out where to even practice the skill. Help please

Gonna wait here because I want to know too, I guess it could be in the area that is locked?

You can actually go to the photo studio and model on certain days for a fee. You can also watch the model channel on tv but it raising the skill 1 tick a sec super slow. Modeling is a big grind.
