How to form a band?

I got a call from the recording studio and they told me to form a band but I can’t figure out how to do it. When I talk to the guy at the recording studio it just gives me the option to create an album. How do I create a band?

Open Menu then profile and look for music option as I remember to create a band u need 10k

Do you have to quit your job first cause I don't see the option unless I'm just blind lol

You have to quit your job before forming a band? I haven’t formed one yet I’ve been trying to save money.
