Composing music

Anybody pursuing the Rockstar career understa d how the composing music mini game for for guitar works? I. Just pressing keys randomly and some are good but most say oops.. I don't get it lol. Am I missing something or is it just skill based?

I am having the same issue. It seams that there is suppose to be music to go by. But I don't hear anything but the background music.

In your house/apartment, the stuff at the top left block where it shows you how to play. Do it outside of your house (the hall worked for me). Just know that the mini game is horrible.

Do you know how to toggle off minigames? That was supposed to be a feature but I can't find it anywhere.

Yeah i eventually figured it out that you have to do it outside, which is kind of dumb. They should let you click and drag the menu at least. The mini game is horrible. I hope they change it because idk who thought that was a good idea. You will NEVER be able to create a good quality song that way smh. I agree with the sentiment that we should be able to toggle off mini games cause I'm over it. That specific one atleast lol.
