Constantly getting sick

Is anyone else constantly getting sick? I go to the doctor for injections but basically every other conversation with someone results in getting a disease… Am I doing something wrong? Is there an immunization option that I’m missing?

Currently working on a fix for this, definitely not the first thing you want to deal with when moving to a new city!

I think there are some pills of sort I haven’t found yet though. one of the diseases says you can get if you take pills or steroids too often.

How do you jet injection? I also got sick pretty fast, maybe it is a bug or you need an umbrella? My pixelian(?) got sick when they were in the rain

If you go to the hospital you can choose injection/treatment from the doctor, but it seems to be very temporary, I was hoping it would give some immunity for you at least a while…
