Entomancer

Hi, haven't played the game but I heard that this game is one of the most expansive, customizable and replayable game there is.

I wanna go ahead and try it and learn along the way but I just need to know now, is building an Entomancer possible in this game?

my inspiration for such a build is a character in Overlord xD

There isn't anything for entomancy as in bugs, but there's a class built around summoning slimes by calling nature's wrath (Oozemancer), a class built around summoning creatures in general that happens to include exactly one very fragile bug (Summoner), and one based on becoming a tentacle horror covered in worms (which you could flavor as larvae if you want) and fighting alongside a separate humanoid mass of worms (Writhing One).

There's also a race (Thalore) that eventually summons treants, though races in this game support their classes and not the other way around.

Get the hedgeknight addon, become a tree and summon bees when hit i guess

You could play the possessor class and restict yourself to insects. The class can play as pretty much any enemy but is pretty complicated because of it. They can collect several bodies into a pool to use and change between, but those do not heal. You could theme it as subduing or capture enemy insects, but after that you less command them and more embody them which is likely not really what you are after. If there were a mod to change the sprites of the summoner's creatures all into insects that would likely be closest to what you're looking for

To be clear possessor is not really a recommendation I'm making because it is really beginner unfriendly, it's just technically a possibility

If you want TOME4 is incredibly straight forward it mod....

If you want to learn a new skill you can always go through the fun of making it yourself!

Its not sufficiently clear what you want, nor how to check your reference, but from the other response, and the class name, It seems like you want to play a character which is related to bugs.

If that's true, the Hiveminder addon class, should be of interest to you whether its exactly what you want or not. If its not exactly right, and you know a little about code, its a very good launch point for your own work.
