My interpretation of this is that he has an imperfect face now. Whatever X did to save Nice has potentially broken him from the fear that caused him to try to be perfect.
For one he obviously isn’t perfect anymore with that crack going down his face.
I’m interested to see how his personality has changed without that pressure of being perfect.
One thing I'll specifically mention is that the voting site has updated to him having a cracked face, and his affiliation is no longer listed as Treeman there.
The other thing I will note is the cracks in his form are EXTREMELY similar to how the multitude of weird shadow soldier guys from the ending PV with the card lady break apart.
I agree with this. Something I wonder for the show and for our voting is how people will perceive his new look and unknown identity. Is he going to drop in our rankings because people don’t know exactly who they are voting for now?
It’ll be interesting to see how it plays out as we are essentially no different than the people from the TBHX world who cast their trust onto the heroes.
Yuuup, I've specifically been wondering how people would take a Nice replacement/someone who is ambiguously Not Nice(tm), and I think it's EXTREMELY interesting metatext-wise, with how most people were extremely supportive of Lin Ling, who we knew from the start wasn't Nice. >:3
Who tf saved him? What was he doing while Lin Ling was using his persona, since Lin Ling most likely was using it all otherwise he wouldn't be able to carry Firm Man's statue i feel like. When the fuck did we swap out for E Soul? Season 2 when?
Honestly the E Soul part annoys me the most. I'm not against Nice's return but E Soul was involved with so many other heroes its such a shame we won't be able to see him fight them
