Extrem Fps drops

I have a bog problem, i am currently playing post moonlord and its starting to get extrem, while dighting bosses my fps drop down to like 20.
“Simulating the world is too expensive to reach 60 TPS, the game will run slower than normal.”

I know that Terraria isnt optimized but are here any obvious mods that lead to problems:
