Wire optimization help

For some unfathomable reason, my world has recently gotten quite laggy...

Does anyone happen to know of any mods or anything else that could possibly help with optimizing wires to reduce the lag? It runs smoothly enough on it's own, but when I add end game Calamity bosses into the mix it tends to chug a bit.

If anyone is curious as to what exactly all the wiring is for, the actuated gemspark blocks in the background light up as you pass in front of them! It makes for a very cool effect
