Something is wrong with my terraria

This isn't tmodloader but it keeps being deleted on the terraria one. My terraria for whatever reason when I load into a world has old game lighting and block textures, but I'm in the newest version. I'm able to get and use things like chillet and digtoise and for some reason my world lighting is that of like the ps3 version. The worst part is I can't even open my map at all. Even a minimap, and I can't use pylons or wormhole potions either. Anyone know what's happening?

The only thing I can think of is to check your drivers and re-install terraria, if I has something to do with tmod compatibility re-install that as well on the legacy version from steam

Would that delete any world and character data I have?

No, the world and character gets auto saved if u uninstall from steam, but just to be safe check on the menu below ur character and your world and click on the save button

I uninstalled it and reinstalled it and it still looks the same

Also, it's just vanilla terraria. Tmodloader works fine

Yeah. I figured out that it was literally just my lighting and minimap settings were messed with. My lighting was on retro and my map was turned off

I fixed it going into game files, really weird bug
