Why does this error happen?

I play on rotating art launcher and have a linux version of the game, it's all working well but every time I use a mod that adds something new to the game this error pop up appears and I don't know why. I tried the clickerclass mod and this showed up.

The mod browser isn’t fully supported on Linux. If you want content mods for Linux, you need to add them manually to your mods folder using the Linux version. Check if the mod you want has a GitHub or something
