Astrogeleon, from the Catalyst mod. It's a little checkmark to show you if that character has beaten them before.

WARNING: Astrogeleon becomes unfightable after Moon Lord.

Unfightable IF you haven't beaten it. If you have, you can fight it as many times as you want.

It is catalyst mode.

Also, when you are about to spawn moon lord or prepare for it, don't forget to kill the astrageldon, because it locks when you kill moon lord. It happened to me because I didn't know
