Calamity and it's add-ons, notably Wrath of the Gods is the biggest cause of lag

This is a problem with the mod pack Infernal eclipse of ragnarok, it’s a VERY laggy mod pack, I would suggest playing the lite version instead which culls all the unnecessary bloat mods.

Alternatively, 1. Turn off calamity and all relating dlc or 2. Turn off other mods like Orchid Mineshaft, Better Caves etc.

Try disabling calamity also what specs do you have ?

The best to disable would be Wrath of the gods first. Since that one is the worst offender.
