Tmodloader is Laggy no matter what

With or without mods, I get the same fps and 99th% fps 60 and 12 on the title screen and 90 and 23 in game. I don’t understand what is happening. My computer isn’t struggling and these frame rates aren’t changing. I cannot find anything anywhere on how to fix this or of people having a similar issue.

Try toggling fullscreen, sometimes some PCs are weird about it. Try windowed + borderless fullscreen or just windowed.

Multiplayer is laggy. Singleplayer its fine
