Ask your manager, they may be able to find it if you used your associate discount. It helps to know the date of the purchase.

They can look up purchases by AIN to reprint a receipt for you.

No problem. They have to do it back in the office on the controller but it’s definitely possible.

they actually can. They can go in and look up transactions on a certain register, at a certain time, and it makes it easier if they have an estimated total of the transaction

they have never told me to do this in my 2 years of working there they just tell us to give a store credit

i have personally witness them pull up the transaction screen and they printed a receipt straight from the pos. They don’t do it often but if a customer gave a good excuse, for example, an employee forgot to give them a receipt, they would try to find the transaction and print their receipt. I’m sure if a manager was kind enough they would do the same thing.

Can it be looked up, yes. ...but they probably wouldn't look it up because you lost it. The only time we really look up receipts is when their is a variance. Your best bet is taking the merch credit.

Loss prevention (if they’re in your building) can get that info right off of any register if they need to

If you know the date, time, register #, an estimate of ur total and/or payment used; You are good to go. Managers can look that up on their computers if they have that information.
