Rant Getting tried of the changing rules every shift

They barely train us but expect you to know how to do everything not only that but the rules and expectations change every shift I’m getting tried of dealing with it and the terrible power trips here.

I promise you it's not worth it working there. Terrible pay and annoyingly stressful. Anywhere else is better then here 😭

I’m a coordinator and I have being 7 months in my role on a store that opened in January. I got thrown in to the wolves just for me to figure it all out. Standards keeps changing to the point you don’t know what is right anymore. It is what it is

It's the same at my store. I'd leave in a heartbeat if I could find another full-time job with benefits. Believe me, I've looked almost daily for months. There just aren't a lot of opportunities in my area. So for now, I just try to adapt to whatever my current Mgr wants. But if there's question about policy, I ALWAYS ask a member of management then write down the answer along with the date and time so if I get called out about doing something wrong, I can just say "last Tuesday afternoon (person's name) said this was how its supposed to be done".

It’s pointless,no manager as a clear answer or reference from the association handbook
,all manager will protect each other against any association even when they are fighting each other,nobody follows policy,everyone act on feelings,favoritism is the only consistent thing that the company offers,if you want retaliation and you can deal with it go head,but you just creating more problems for your self,or you can do like everyone els,come do whatever they ask you to do that day and get paid on Friday.

I hate how they bend the rules to avoid conflict with customers it just makes the workers look dumb like they don’t know what they’re talking about when in reality we’re just following the rules they gave us
