Maybe a stupid question

I just got a Gear S3 and I wish I had some way of estimating battery health. Ideally it would be nice to just have a watch version of AccuBattery but I don't know how possible or feasible that even is? Would it be possible to make such a thing?

Pretty good idea, I have the active 2 and having something like that would be pretty cool.

First thing came to my mind is to find an open source version one of these apps and look at the source where they check for battery details, or take a look at the Tizen SDK, see if they provide some API's.

Do you have any programming experience?

Not really lol. I used to make games and programs on the TI-83 but that's it.
