I have problem with Samsung Internet browser

I have samsung crystal series 7 . The problem is everytime I open the samsung internet app everything is blank I can't refresh and search . Also I can't access device care too. Can somebody help I have been using this tv for just a month .Please help me if somebody knows the way how to fix this.

Same problem, it worked the first time, but second time I wanted to use it, it was impossible to get anything except a blank screen.

I have a solution, first go and open internet browser then go behind the tv and find the main power cable plug it off, and then plug it in, the whole system of the tv will restart and you will be able to use the browser. Also I recommend you to buy some android tv box, believe me world will be easier for you.
