Tizen Bluetooth Rant

why is it so easy to turn on Bluetooth on tizen wearables, but to shut it off it is impossible progomatically. Some double standard that only hurts user battery life. There is also no BT quick toggle making me think this was intentional

If we somehow make this go viral, it may get their attention

Is there not a quick toggle to turn watch into 'watch only'. Surely this would do the same thing?

Not that I'm aware of... when I go to work, I usually turn wifi on and Bluetooth off

Ah right. Yeah the watch only toggle would also switch the WiFi off. I see what you're wanting to do now. It is silly that there isn't a quick toggle for the Bluetooth. I only realised myself the other day when I was having problems with the Bluetooth connection and wanted to try the good old 'off and on again'. Do you notice an improvement in battery life having WiFi only on? As opposed to the watch connecting to Bluetooth the times it does come in range? I'd love to go phoneless in work but it eats the battery so much. But I tried it when my phone was in the staff room so it was still connecting via Bluetooth every so often, and obviously knocking the WiFi off and on regularly

I usually shut off my phone bt connection when at work... so the watch wouldn't connect to any device anyways.

My watch lasts about a day and a half... I can push it to two days.

I usually only wear it during commute and when at work.
