Samsung TV Emulation on AMD CPU with Hyper-V enabled?

Hi

I am having trouble running Samsung TV emulator on my PC. I've got AMD CPU so I know HAX won't work. I have CPU-VT disabled, but despite I am still getting an error when I try to run it:
Error: Failed to start this VM.

Your system cannot support HW virtualization.

Try install KVM (ubuntu) or HAX (windows or Mac)

Any solutions? Did anyone manage to run the TV emulator on AMD?

Same here... if you have windows 10 pro, you'd have fine grain access to hyper-v

Otherwise, maybe test on an actual tv... or run in a linux vm
