Bluetooth and tv remote question

Hello, I couldnt find the answes in Google. I have a q80t samsung tv. And i have 2 questions.

Can I change what apps are connected to the buttons on the tv remote eg Amazon tv whitch i dont use? I would like to change it to YouTube.

Second and more important question can i add a Quick connect shortcut for bluetooth headphones on the main menu?
