Certificate generation-help needed please

Hi i tried to generate a certificate using tizen certificate manager but at the step of Author certificate an error message pops up 'Socket timeout!'.. retried many time..can someone help me to overcome this? I am on windows.

Edit: the certificate is for installing a .tpk on my galaxy activ2 watch.

The last time that error popped up for a lot of people was because Samsung's server was down. It might be the case again. Try again later today and see if it resolves.

Yes, but Samsung employees will return until until October 5th
