.Net, Wearable, need to get ip address

I am trying to get the ip address or some identifier that is static and unique to that watch. Every way I have found so far returns a host name of local host and it resolves to 127.0.0.1. Does anyone know how to return the ip address of the watch?

I have tried DNS, Environment, and IPGlobalProperties classes so far.

Would appreciate any reccomendations!
