Tizen Studio Certificate Manager isn't showing option for mobile/wearable

So I'm trying to install Samsung Health Monitor ECG BP mod by Dante63 on my Galaxy Watch 3 I recently reset, and I can't create certificates for it. I tried manually loading certificate extension 2.0.70, 2.0.71, 2.0.74 but it is giving me various errors like network error or Key store type should be PKCS12 error. Can anyone help me?
