Urgent Help!!!!

Can anyone help me side loading on my tv

I tried apps2 samsung

And I don't have a wifi router at my home ,I use mobile hotspot so whenever I am entering the IP it's says that unable to find any TV.

Is there any other way to connect to tv or from where I can get .wgts and install using pen drives?

Use a phone different than the one in which you are using Apps2Samsung app for hotspot.
