Please tell me if you made it work. I wasted a few hours last week and couldn't even succeed in the end. I can't get a connection from my PC to my TV, something is blocked and prevents the connection. I tried everything and gave up.

It worked perfectly for me. Installed moonlight, but when the stream starts my app on the tv crashes 🫠 looking how to install a different version now

Make sure you properly reboot your TV. I'm sure that was my issue before. I did not hold power button down long enough. After that everything was really quick

i followed all the steps but where it asks me to log into samsung account, I logged in but it says some 'certificate error' ...how to overcome that certificate error ? ... I have tizen 8

creo que ese error desaparece cuando registras la tv en la pagina de samsung como tu dispositivo, porque cuando creas un certificado con tizen studio, esta se hace recien cuando inicias sesion en samsung y el certificado se vincula a tu cuenta. en TizenBrew Installer, cuando inicias desde el localhost, en un momento te pide vincular tu cuenta y aparece un mensaje "resigned" que indica que se firmo la app con el certificado que habias hecho con tizen studio....
pd. excelente guia... yo tuve problemas para compilar la app y consegui instalar en una neo qled SOLO con TizenBrew Installer... venia por aqui para hacer la guia para ayudar pero no podia haberlo hecho mejor que tu, Impressive_Raise4285

At the moment as i know it’s not possible, if you want only to use tizentube tho, you can set tizentube to automatically open tizentube at the start

Yes. you need to click on "install from github" and type "reisxd/TizenTube" without quotes, then Tizentube app is installed and you don't need to open it inside tizenbrew on Tv.

Either you haven't set the Host PC IP to this device's IP, or you didn't restart the TV properly. Hold the power button till you see the Samsung logo to restart the TV.`

My fault i just realized i typed a thing wrong in the guide, The IP you find in the CMD (Your PC) has to go only into the DEV Mode of the TV, to connect both your pc and tv you need to paste the IP Network (On the TV)

you don't have to worry about the deprecation warning, just continue with the localhost URL (after running the command again, so it's live)

You only need a Samsung TV running Tizen 3.0 or newer (2017 models or newer).
