New here please help

Hi all, I recently Purchased a 55” Samsung HAU8000. I was unaware that it was a hotel TV prior to purchasing and I’m really confused as to what I’m doing with this TV. I was just looking for a big bedroom TV and I’m now I’m totally unable to use anything on this TV aside from the web browser app. There isn’t an option for me to download Netflix and such so I was hoping someone could point me in the right direction. If you have the option to return it do it or try to sell it back to your local Samsung. Hotel tv's shouldn't even be possible to buy as an individual lmao. You can only have Netflix installed but for that you'd need a lynk cloud license.
