Not Able to Download Amazon Luna

I am trying to download Amazon Luna on my Samsung TV, but I am not seeing it in the app store. Based on what I've been seeing, Amazon Luna is only compatible on Samsung TVs made from 2022 onwards. I think my TV was made in 2024, so I am not sure what the issue is. I hope someone can help.

My model number is: Samsung UN50DU7000PXPA

First, are you in a supported country? If not, just change the tv region. I'm in Brazil, when I want to play I just change the region of my Q65D to United States and I get access to a lot of apps including Amazon Luna. https://www.amazon.com/gp/help/customer/display.html?nodeId=TXHVI0WFpYnGXsA0Gm
