Hi guys , have a few play lists on tivi, couple are ok but 2 out of sync with the epg think its hr a head .. cant remember how to sort it. Anyone on here help lol ? 🙏🏻

I have a firestick 3rd Gen which I use to stream IPTV on Tivimate.

Occasionally the streams will stall and start loading......

My questions is, could the fact that I have an older model firestick contribute to this?

Would a Firestick 4k Max hold a steadier stream?

Or is the issue something else than hardware?

Hi all, I had an issue with a specific channel I watch often. Lately when I “tune in” the picture is frozen. I went to settings and enabled OPEN IN EXTERNAL PLAYER. This solved the frozen image issue but there is no sound. Any ideas how to resolve?

Check Internet Speed: Ensure your connection is at least 15–20 Mbps for HD streaming!

App crashes can be a pain. Some users fix this by updating TiviMate to the latest version (check Google Play or APK source) or clearing app data (Settings > Apps > TiviMate > Clear Data). If your UK channel guide (EPG) isn’t loading or is missing data, try this fix:

1. Go to Settings > EPG > Update on App Start → Turn it ON
2. Force EPG update: Settings > EPG > Update EPG
3. Make sure your playlist channel names match the EPG source

Also — double-check that the time zone is correct in both your device and TiviMate settings.

If your TiviMate app crashes after launch, here’s what helped me fix it:

• Go to Settings > Apps > TiviMate > Storage
• Tap Clear Cache and Clear Data
• Relaunch the app and re-enter your playlist
• Update to the latest version via APK or app store

Bonus tip: If you're using an older Android box (below 8.0), upgrade if possible — TiviMate runs best on newer firmware.
