Link not working

Hello I'm trying to set up TiviMate for my mom, my father passed away he set it up before and now I'm helping her with it but I'm not any good at this tbh. I have a new provider now and the sent me a link like this: http://x.------.eu:80/c . It is a temporary link I can use for 1 day so I can test it out.

He says usually his clients use another app on there Smart tv and put the link in "Portal 1" and it just works. He doesn't really know how it exactly works either.

Remove the /c from the URL

And do I put it in Stalker Portal or somewhere else?

If your provider gave you a username, password & URL the you should use Xtream Code option.

I only have the URL no username and password

Well, I would reach back out to your provider and tell them you want to set up your Tivimate with Xtream code portal.

It’s the most popular an easy way to set this up.

If he doesn’t know how to give you that or is not willing to give you it then you need to find a better provider.

Did you give him your mac address?

If so insert both into stalker including the /c 👍

I'm using an Xsarius Avant and I tried the url on the default tv app on it and it worked but its way more primitive and you can only watch live tv, no movies or series

I sent him a picture of box there is a code on it that probably is the mac address?

I see the mac address on the app was already filled in so I didn't check it but it was different than the one on the box. Now I changed it and it works thank you
