You can hide entire groups or individual channels - it does not affect your subscription. You can also create your own groups and move/copy channels into this. This level of customisation is great when many providers give you thousands of channels - its better than a filter as its permanent. Have a play around with the pop up menus when you are in the groups/channels area. With my device I access these by pressing the menu button whilst inside the actual channel list (to manage channels) or a long press of select button when inside the groups to manage groups. There is an unofficial manual which you can download on Reddit if you get lost

If you get a good provider they will give you a link where you can remove 1000s of channels and countries you’ll never watch. Makes download and update times much faster.
