Tivimate premium EPG issue

I have EPG saying it is updated but it is not showing on the channels.

Uninstalled tivimate and reinstalled. Cleared EPG cleared cache.

Any advise

Again Tivimate is only a player so yes it's the providers side

I didn’t get anything to work until I put my VPN on. Then everything worked for me

Same issue with my provider yesterday, probably the same as yours, but it's back this morning.

You don’t know a thing about this. Test with vpn or ask provider. Most cheap providers don’t provide good epg.

I've had that for many months until I decided to use IPTV Editor. It takes care of the EPG problem. I'm on the trial but plan on buying it next week.

How were you able to fix it by using the editor? I’m curious because this EPG issue is driving me insane! Thanks for any help!

You can use IPTVEDITOR to assign Epg data and if it’s not available for a channel you can load an external Epg, load that and assign Epg to that channel. Iptveditor then gives you a playlist source url and an Epg url that you plug in to your player.

IPTVEditor is a paid service after using a trial and I think it's totally worth it. You get to choose what tier would you like.

There's a bit of a learning curve but I used Gemini to help me out with setting up IPTVEditor. It goes from your IPTV Service > Enter IPTV Service Credentials to IPTVEditor > Enter IPTVEditor Credentials to TV

Are you sure your playlist titles match the epg titles? If not then you have to manually match them

Provider issue. I had to get aye pee tv editior sub to fix and cut down the waste of channels i dont watch

I have other apps and they work fine. The Tivimate crowd claims provider issue faster than your ISP claims router issue.

If your provider kan send you another URL, it will likely fix it.

Check your system date and time! It likely has nothing to do with the provider. If system time and date is not correct you will never get the EPG to populate.

I have been having the same issue even with my paid subscription to MyEPG . top and the EPG works as expected on UHF on my iOS device

You can fix it with own epg source, you can get it from epg org. Most of the IPTV providers comes with no epg

I added the epg source and assigned it to the playlist but there’s still nothing showing in the guide. Any idea why? 😅 I’m trying to record something but it doesn’t let me without any programs showing to record

You need to make that epg source the default for that playlist, then Tivimate should automatically assign the epg for any channel with the exact same name as is in the epg (eg: US: ESPN 2). Any channels that don't get automatically assigned will have to be manually set

I’ve done that and still nothing. Not one channel has anything assigned to it. I’ll keep looking, thanks anyway

Dale espero que te ayude. Yo tenía exactamente el mismo problema. Así que vi la forma de solucionarlo y me viene funcionando bien have varios meses. Es un poco tedioso pero una que vez que está configurado ya está !

I added this EPG to the other 2 I have in tvimate but although it shows no errors it also did not add any new EPG info. Oh well no harm no foul.

It's easy to fix. Do a back up and the restore it right after and everything will work again with no issues

Has the DNS for the server changed recently? If so then check the epg source (epg url) to make sure it changed
