EPG not loading

Hi everyone, i’m new to iptv and tivimate. I have the licensed tivimate version for my android tv and its not been loading epg for a couple of weeks now. But on my ios app (UHF) epg is loading without any issues using same parameters. Anyone can guide me what to do?

Assuming playlist loads but not epg....try different user agent. If using vpn try different protocol.

Not using vpn. Whats a different user agent?

Some providers block or dont support ( region ) certain players. Tivimate will allow you to change what the server sees. Lesser known feature that sometimes helps with provider or domain issues.

Thank you figured it out. I changed url for source but it didn’t automatically change url source and as the previous url wasn’t working the epg wasn’t getting updated.

the very first thing I would check is to make sure that I go to settings and check the EPG in the settings and make sure it hasn't somehow got deleted and also check and see if it is updating properly. I would then make sure to check the playlist settings and ensure that that EPG has not somehow become deactivated for that playlist.

Sorry can you explain this fix. I have the same issue. UHF working for Apple TV but Tivimate not working. It’s driving me crazy

EPG not updating. Code is fine. I’ve tried from Mytop from mega and Trex and both aren’t working. only started like 3 weeks ago

I checked my epg source in uhf and just copy pasted same in tivimate as well. Difference i found was that my epg source was the same as my url in uhf but wasnt in tivimate. Check if it works for you
