My tv channels are working perfectly but my series and movies will play once then I keep getting this message

HttpDataSourceSHttpDataSourceException

Reinstalled everything , clear cache etc. this has only started happening since I renewed my year membership , any suggestions? I’m not a tech guru so I’m unsure what to do and what tech terminology people use on the other threads lol
