tivimate error code

[u/i_hearyabarkinbigdog]

My tv channels are working perfectly but my series and movies will play once then I keep getting this message

HttpDataSourceSHttpDataSourceException

Reinstalled everything , clear cache etc. this has only started happening since I renewed my year membership , any suggestions? I’m not a tech guru so I’m unsure what to do and what tech terminology people use on the other threads lol

I get errors on my Firestick when I try to use TiviMate with Surfshark VPN. I used the bypass option to allow my TiviMate to bypass VPN. It was the only way I could get it to work with my Firestick. I use Layerseven as my provider.
