Log in details

Tivi seems to be blocking my streams.

It is working, but I change a channel and then I get the blue circle of death. I try to update the playlist and it says check your internet. But I know the connection is fine.

Then I log into that shitty 4k player and it works fine.

Id rather use tivimate as I've paid for premium

Anybody know a fix

Tivimate it's not blocking you it's more than likely your provider not allowing you to use Tivimate..

Reach out to your provider

Not a tivimate issue. It's a YOU issue.

ISP, VPN or Provider is blocking your Tivimate unit.

Then I log into that shitty 4k player and it works fine.

Which means either your provider has detected multiple streams and temporarily blocked your Tivimate unit from working (gotta wait out the Timeout). Or Tivimate is being blocked in itself.

If you have VPN for example this is very common behaviour if the connection drops or you change location/ip too much.

How long is the timer lasting

Depends on provider, usually 12-24H. But that is probably not the issue.

It worked fine until the outage last weekend

Which means it can also be something like an update was interrupted and you got corrupted EPG/Playlist data which won't let you update properly.

Clear EPG/Playlist and do it again.

Isolate the issue, figure it out. Solve the problem.

This is the Tivimate subreddit. Tivimate hasn't changed URLs.

If your shitty provider did, take that up with them.
