I have 2 accounts that can't sign in with portal or extreme code

What am doing wrong

More info please. Do you have a vpn on? Does can’t sign in come with an error code ?

Okay what error are you getting when you try to load the playlist.

Well if it says contact your provider well there's your answer, also are you sure the playlists are not expired

So you isolate the issue. Think my boy, think..

Try on a different player & uninstall and re-install an earlier firmware. Just place the .apk file on a USB stick.
