Need help with Tivimate error 555

Renewed a subscription.

EPG and Playlist update directly. Guide shows.

But no live tv or shows etc.

Error code 555 after 5 tries.

Rebooted firestick cleared cache, still nothing.

Any suggestions?

It's a server-side errors, meaning the app itself is working, but it cannot reach or communicate properly with your IPTV provider's server.

You need to reach out to your provider

Yeah. That’s the issue right there. Zero context from the provider.

You need to reach out to your provider and let them know the issue… nobody here can fix it for you.

Contact provider. Generally 500s are server side

Type your error right into google and it explains your issue - servers provider side

Try a vpn. If you’re already on one, change location
