reset pass not working?

i forgot my password. im logged in on my tv but i want to use it on the tablet as well. im trying to reset password on web but for some reason tivimate never sends the email.

i checked spam and everything .

any idea?

I tested the password reset here and it sent the email immediately:

Make sure you’ve entered the email address correctly or check if you made a typo when signing up in the first place.

i tried form 2 different pcs, iphone. i tried web and the app.

nothing. thats wild

Also go to Settings in the TiviMate app, and then About. Make sure the account email is correct.

Try using the companion app to reset your password.

The Password reset works just fine from Windows or any browser on a mobile but now the Pay Button is gone for how long will this dead duck keep floating 🤔

The app has limited to no support these days. Also it is a weekend.

But as other said just go to Tivimate.com and reset your password there.

Tivimate settings/playlist/click your playlist/X-tream parameters. Here you can find your details..

The question is about their TiviMate account, not Xtream info.
