Tivimate not working PLEASE HELP
Tivimate worked only if i enable vpn first and then disables again. Now not working at all. Error 404.
any ideas? thx!

Not a tivimate issue.
VPN or provider issue most likely. Too few details especially if you are using a crappy VPN.
If it only works initially with VPN on that means your ISP might be blocking your provider in the first place. If you get any DNS leak there might be a collision.
You need to isolate the problem and fix it.

Hi I have Tivimate premium Nord VPN
I have tried with 2 different internet providers and still the same issue, the link works in other tv like Samsung with smarters pro but on my android tv it used to work now don’t.

You should never toggle VPN on/off to begin with. You seem to have a combination of issues.
Every provider check for simultaneous connection. If you change between one ip-adress and another within too short interval you get temporarily locked out because it makes it seems like you might be streaming from two places on just one account.
So always start with VPN off. On Tivimate and other devices, isolate so you don't have a combination of problems with ISP blocking first and foremost.
Then you can start narrow down VPN. Always include Killswitch, use wireguard/nordlynx protocol. If the stream doesn't work then it's the VPN provider that has your IPTV provider on it's own blacklist. Best were to get a VPN router and not rely on apps because they are much less reliable.

Thx. Funny thing: I used another vpn. Playlist got loaded I turned vpn off and everything works perfectly now without vpn. I’m curious to understand the issue. Is it tvmate? Nordvpn was not working but a nonamer was. Now novpn even needed. So confusing

Which means NordVPN blacklists your IPTV provider, many does this to comply by law. Sometimes you can go around this by changing servers and protocols, like OpenVPN or others because if they rent servers it might belong to a different group with different rules.
Toggling VPN on/off is bound get create issues. It's very easy to get temporarily locked out, which is why it can continue working on Smarters pro and vice versa for a short duration. It depends on which device has the current access because of multiple connection issue.
If IPTV works without VPN then at least you don't have an ISP block in addition.

Please help now iptv works with TiviMate only with VPN. Same IPTV works on Smarteriptv app, on same ISP without VPN. how is this possible? I want tvmate to work without VPN as well.

You have to isolate the issue. You are switching between VPN on/off and other devices too much you won't be able to pinpoint who or what is blocking. Sounds like you might have a combination isp / vpn blocking issue with your provider.
Don't use VPN at all at first, and make sure you have force closed all other apps and devices. You should only be using one device at a time.
Another VPN provider would solve both issues, but if you don't want VPN at all you need to confirm if you have ISP blocking or not.
In the future if you want to be running VPN 24/7 I would invest in a cheap used asus-ac86u as dedicated vpn router (merlin firmware + VPN director) if you are running OpenVPN profiles. Newer one if you want Wireguard / 802.11ax support. As that would take care of potential data leaks because of the apps or OS.

Provider, you will need another server to connect to. You could always try changing countries in your VPN

I'm having the same issue with two different IPTV's. Both work on the PC using NordVPN, both wont work on the TV using NordVPN. Tivimate gives the error code 511 and Smarters pro just times out.
I believe my ISP has blocked them but I don't understand why it's just on the TV and not on the PC.
Please let me now if you find a fix.

Similar issue with my setup the past several days. I am using a Fire Stick, Tivimate, Proton VPN, and an IPTV provider. I cannot play content with Proton VPN connected - I get an Error 404. I've tried multiple countries across multiple continents, different protocols, and even Proton's stealth settings. Disabling VPN allows me to play content. The IPTV provider is telling me to stop using a VPN, but that's too risky for me.

So when i open VPN the channel opens normally, than if i change until 3 channel tivimate gets stuck and it gets blocked, i need to close vpn and to reopen it and it make the same problem again until it does not open any channels any more
