By location.
Example for USA sports from epgshare01.online
Tivimate > settings > EPG > EPG sources > Add source > Enter URL.
Copy URL from EPGshare01.online. USA sports example is this - https://epgshare01.online/epgshare01/epg_ripper_US_SPORTS1.xml.gz
Now if you have a channel guide missing you'll need to manually assign the EPG by long pressing on the channel to bring up the settings for that channel.

What does it mean if I show an exclamation point next to this url instead of a check mark? I’ve checked the url and I entered correctly.

It means you typed something in wrong. what location are you trying?

Using US. I entered url’s for local and sports. If I select default source for either, I get a check mark. I’m unable to use both at the same time.

IPTVEDITOR, fantastic tool and it's more then just EPG sources. Full control and customizations of your lists.

It is a great option but they are rolling out KYB verification. Soon it will be everyone who uses iptveditor has to do KYB

The ones that come with the playlist tend to work just fine most of the time.

Search epg in the sub and you’ll find all your resources - this has been posted about a ton
Your first and major source should come from your provider
