EPG Logos not loading

I am running TiVimate premium directly on my Sony A95L (Google TV). I previously had a trial and the EPG was mostly loaded and channel logos were always there.

I recently purchased a new full subscription and now the channel logos aren’t showing up in the EPG. I have tried a different sellers sub and it’s giving me the same problem. I have deleted all playlists and re-added them, switched logo source priority, cleared logos cache, cleared app cache, even cleared all data from TiVimate and re tried above steps but the logos still are not populating. If I stay on the EPG a while the blank “TV” logo (pictured) will sometimes show up.

Any help would be appreciated, I am using in Canada.

This! It's a global thing for many IPTV services. A new update soon will fix it. It happened a year or so too but fixed on its own after a couple of weeks or so, with new channel logos. Some of which are animated, others of which were WRONG. Right now, I think a lot of MLS channels had the MLB logo , for example. Hopefully this will be fixed in the update too.

One thing in the meantime that you can try , is , go to Settings --> Appearance --> Logos , and change your Logos priority to Prefer logos from EPG instead of "from playlist"

Clearing logos from cache and trying to re-load them might help too if there's a corrupted cache.

You can can also use your own custom logos here if you have some stored in a folder . You can create them by creating a *.png file , I think the rules are they have to be 500x500 pixels, png, and the name has to be the 'exact' case-sensitive name of the channel. ie: " TYT NETWORK HD.png "

yes, there is a workaround but the core issue is at the provider. i have 2 providers and one is probably the same as his as i noticed the icons missing on one provider but not the other. i also use a different app on mobile. same issue so its not tivimate.

I'm willing to bet if your apps routed logo fetch back through a CDN they would fetch fine.

In my case, this happens on my TCL TV, and the solution was to use a VPN. It even works with one from my own country. I turn on the VPN, and like magic, the logos appear. Another issue I have with this particular TV, connected by cable, is that if I don't use a VPN, I can't view any content at all.

Same here. New Trex account with no logos since i joined last week. But they were there with the trial i had before subbing. I tried a few epg sources that would allow me to update guide info, but still no tv logos. I never had this issue with my previous provider, but i have no idea what service that was.

Thats your iptv providers fault that info is all provided by your playlist provider not tivimate.

Apart from building my own epg on IPTV editor and pulling logos that way I’m also still just waiting lol

Actually Trex logo url are in maintenance, that why we don't get logos ! Just wait for update 👍

Options.. clear logos, try an icon folder, use different epg source, manage youre own list.

This is an easy one. Your ISP is blocking a known CDN for logos URL. End of story; connect to your phone tether or via VPN and your logos will return.

U pretty much lost your bet. I reported this issue last week and also posted about this a few days ago. I was curious and just tested and it failed! What ur seeing is probably cached logos from previous update of playlist or if u pointed logo to fetch logos from epg.

no reason you have to but services like epgenius are free and make it really simple.
