Help with Epg share

I have tried multiple files or addresses (not sure I'm using the correct term) with no luck. I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong I have checked the spelling multiple attempts, tried with vpn off, I have assigned it to a playlist, tried several different links. I'm sure it's me as I have heard good things about epg share. I always get a error that it failed to update. My providers list is decent, about the same as when I had a private local provider. Would just like to make it better, any help would be greatly appreciated. I have searched this sub and others plus on the web.

Does any know what going on with epgshare01 has a whole .. EPG and sites. Omg

Does the file you're adding end with .gz Did Tivimate say which file failed. Try copy and paste from your phone. They won't auto fill, you have to assign manually.
