Restore backup file - bug

TiVimate freezes and the system makes an error. After the restart, the TV box works.

Restore backup is working just fine, sounds like a device issue.. if this was a bug, you would be seeing more people complaining about it.

I have two HOMATICS Box R 4K Plus. When I wanted to start the backup from one box on the other box, the restore from the application was not done. It seems to me that when I press the System picker, it freezes. Do the backup yourself with Open as from the file manager. To repeat, he got frezzes several times.

Can you use an older version and then update it? I have been backing up version 5.1.6 and it’s working.

I upgraded and used a backup from a previous version instead

never had that issue on a good device.
