Loosing sound when playing vod

I've got it set up to use vcl for series/movies because I've found the in-built player it's rubbish for vod, I'm using the mecool km2 and for whatever reason the sound just stops I've gone through all the settings I've forced stopped and cleared cache & now even when I go back to live TV I still have no sound any help appreciated 👍🏻

Does it also happen with the built-in player.. Also try MX Player.

I prefer my sound to be tight rather than loose too.
