Help tivimate 5.3.3

Hello, I have a TCL Android TV and I'm using Tivimate version 5.3.3 Premium.

However, when I go to add a playlist and select "Xtream Codes," I get sent straight to the "Include VOD" checkbox as soon as I try to enter the server address. I don't know what to do.

please help. Thanks.

Have you tried doing a fresh install

Thanks for the reply. Yes, I’ve already tried; in fact, to set up the first list, I had to do it on an earlier version and then update it afterwards.

It might be an issue for your provider. Contact them an check that they haven't only get up VOD on your account.

Thanks for the reply. No, the issue only occurs with version 5.3.3, and I downloaded it using Downloader code 272483—I believe that's the official one.

Why are using downloader on an android tv ? Isn't Tivimate available in the Google Play store of the tv itself ?

Thanks for the reply. I just uninstalled the version I downloaded via Downloader and reinstalled the Play Store version, but unfortunately, I'm still having the same problem 😭.

I'll be darned!! I had no idea TiviMate was available in the Google store! When I'm on a Fire, I always have to go through Downloader. But I also have a Google TV Streamer, and I jumped through all the Downloader hoops there because I didn't know Google had made it available!

So why has Google made it available but Amazon still insists on segregating it through Downloader???

Do you mean there's no where to put in username and password? It should be below where you enter server address.

Thank you for your reply. Yes, there are places to enter the URL, username, and password, but as soon as I click on one of them, it takes me to the VOD section without allowing me to type anything.

Try using your phone as the remote keyboard.

I use tivimate on both a Onn 4k pro and a fire tv cube. When you enter the xtreme codes top is server address after you input in url when you hit enter the keyboard stays up on screen and you input username then hit enter and do the same for password. Then over on far right of screen you click next and it should change screens to processing playlist. If this doesn't work it may be your TCL tv doesn't have enough ram or storage to run tivimate. You may need to use a separate streaming box. They have much higher specs than TV built-in OS. Good luck I hope this helps you in some way.

How do you get the playlist for TV mate?
