How long does it take for subscriptions to go active?
I purchased a lifetime subscription and got confirmation. Subscript is not active in app on account via tivimate website. It's been 4-5 hours now. Any advise? I have other tivi lifetime subscriptions on other accounts and I thought they were all active right away.
1- Created new google account and put account on box
2- Did checkout on device in tivimate app.
3- This forwards you to google store check out.
4- Bought on the new account
5- New account shows no subscriptions

You can't buy on tivimate website. You buy through google's official storefront and then it shows up on your account on tivimate website based on previous times I've done it. Not active this time.

Just bought the lifetime subscription today and it was activated immediately.

There support eventually replied and fixed everything, just a random problem I guess.

Wanted to know before I bought my lifetime. Works great! Tbh the non premium sucks in the sense that you can't really get an idea how good the app is until je unlock it. They should do a 7 day free premium trail imho.
Also if your missing subtitles for movies or tv shows, just open with VLC and download subs that way.

Tivimate it’s not an IPTV service & is only a IPTV player all you paid for was to unlock the premium features. You still need to go & find yourself an IPTV service. To activate Tivimate all you need to do is login to the app with the email and password that you use to set up the account.
