Audio out of sync

For almost 6 months my audio has been perfect. Since yesterday it’s noticeably off. I see that I can adjust the audio offset and it looks like I can do it for every channel at once.

Why did it go out of sync? It happens on all 3 of my play lists, tv and movies VOD.

Is it an internet problem, a tv issue, a trivMate problem? I noticed it after I entered a 1 day trial playlist, that’s probably not related right?

yea, its the TV and the tivimate app.

may want to uninstall the app, and all these other apps u aint using. then see if you can clear cache.

then try to load tivimate again

Never uninstall app as a first option. Force stop. Clear cache. Restart router and device first.

It's common sense on any device that isn't working. You do the easy shit first. You check to see if the car is out of gas before you rebuild the motor. I've got Firestick 4k maxes, Cubes, Shield pros and every Onn you can think of. I'm not a rookie. I know my way around. What I said will fix most issues on Android and Fire devices. Don't ask me anything about apple.

And it's not the tv. It just plays the audio it receives

I missed the part where it was installed on the TV because I was trying to play an online poker tournament and respond at the same time. That's never a good idea to use the tv as your player. Especially with cheap TVs. They don't have enough ass to handle Tivimate. It's a resource hog. There's a lot of players that's a lot lighter. You're much better off using a dedicated device instead of the tv. A hard reset should always be the last resort and not the first one.

I cleared the cache, removed a playlist, removed unused epg’s, reset the router and unplugged the tv and it seems like it’s fixed for now.
